I recently stayed at the JW Marriott while my wife recovered from surgery in Bucharest, and it provided a comfortable refuge during a difficult time. The impeccable service from the extraordinary staff, like Diana, Teodora, Anna, and others, truly stood out. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay memorable.The facilities at the hotel are top-notch, boasting a luxurious swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and a serene garden restaurant. However, the breakfast, while offering a decent selection of food, lacked freshly squeezed juices and high-quality coffee.The spacious rooms were clean and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center via affordable taxis. While the property has the potential to be a luxury hotel with proper maintenance, it currently falls slightly short in terms of overall upkeep.In conclusion, JW Marriott offers a pleasant stay with excellent amenities, but potential guests should consider the balance between cost and luxury when making their decision.
